| 2. All html, graphics, text, CGI/PHP code, designs, and logos are protected international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, upload, transmit, or duplicate any of the information / products contained within scripts4profit.com without written consent from our programmers and/or webmaster. |

| 3. The customer cannot modify, rewrite, edit, change any of our code around and then resell it, this is copyright infringement. The purchaser can do the modifications for their personal use only, but cannot resell it. In any case our copyright headers must remain in place. |

| 4. Customers cannot rent, distribute, publish, sell, lease, sublicense, market, or use any of our code in any manner not expressly authorized by the programmer of the scripts. This means that the purchaser cannot sell, resell, distribute or rent out copies of our software unless arrangements have been made to do so. |

| 5. Refunds: There are no refunds on any script or script installations (customer should always make sure their server can handle the script or installation before ordering). This no refund policy is due to the fact that we are dealing with 100% open source code - no exceptions. |
